makeithappen is crowdfunding with one extra rule: if a campaign misses its goal, every backer is refunded in full plus a share of a bonus. If it's funded, backers get the rewards they pledged for. It runs on an open program on Solana, in USDC.

In the program, not with us and not with the creator. Nobody can move it before the deadline. You can take a pledge back within 24 hours of making it, except during the last 48 hours of a campaign.

No program can be considered entirely risk free. A funded creator can still deliver late or badly: they only get half the money up front, backers have 14 days to contest a delivery, and the held half is refunded if nothing ships. Only pledge what you can leave locked until the deadline.

New creators lock the bonus when they launch. Creators who have already delivered get part or all of it covered by a common pool, fed by 1% of every funded campaign and capped by what they have delivered.

Anyone can boost a live campaign to put it in front of more backers: one USDC buys one hour in the Boosted row, five USDC at least. Boosted campaigns are always labelled. Half of every boost goes to the common pool that pays backers' bonuses, so promoting a campaign also strengthens the guarantee.

When your campaign is funded. That is the promise: if backers fund you, you can make it happen. The agent runs on credits (one per message, two per image, ten per site or code build), bought with the money your campaign released. Everything it does shows in the campaign's public build log, so backers watch the project being made.

The makeithappen token, not launched yet. The largest holders will vote every day for the Project of the Day, the campaign everyone sees first. Funded creators who hold it get Studio credits every month and 25% more credits when they pay in $HAPPEN. It is not a share of revenue and pays no yield.
